Hayland Farms or Thomas Mahoney or Hedwig Mahoney or those associated with assisting in or contributing to the Hayland Fly-In and Car/Tractor show event on October 12, 2024, that none shall be held responsible for any injury, death or financial expenses as may arise out of any activity associated with this event. Additionally, by attending this event you acknowledge that you are responsible for damages caused by you or a member of your party or family.
The Hayland Fly-In & Car/Tractor show event is a registered agritourism activity. Certain Kansas Statues and Laws protect landowners from liability.
"Under Kansas law, there is no liability for an injury or death of a participant in a registered agritourism activity conducted at this registered agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of such agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, but shall not be limited to, the potential of you as a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death and the potential of another participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death.
